Kobe Kitano Roastery is located on the first floor of Kobe Kitano Nosta, a complex renovated from a former elementary school. They serve specialty coffee made by a roaster who won the JCRC Japan Championship in 2023, and you can also purchase beans in-store. Inside the store, which is equipped with a large roaster measuring over two meters, you can also enjoy taiyaki from taiyaki specialty shop Fukuhachi, and ice cream made with limited-edition raw milk from the foot of Mount Rokko. Discounts are available for customers bringing in food from the bakery next door, and the wide variety of food items carefully selected for pairing is a draw.
